Pallavi Verma is a performing artist working across contemporary dance, Kathak, yoga, physical theatre, and somatic practices. Over the past ten years, dance has been at the heart of how she experiences the world.
She began her dance journey with Sadhya Dance Company in 2018 and went on to complete nine years of Kathak training at Bharatiya Kala Kendra, Delhi and is empanelled as Doordarshan Kathak Grade B Artist. In 2020, she completed her Master's in Performance Practice (Dance) from Ambedkar University Delhi and was selected to participate in the Kampnagel Dance Education Biennale, Hamburg, Germany.
Her choreographic interests involve human emotions, weaving together absurdity, playfulness and the quiet strength hidden within everyday life. Her works have been presented at Serendipity Arts Festival (2024), India Art Fair (2025) and March Dance Festival(2023). She is also an active member of Khuli Khirkee (formerly Gati Dance Forum), where she continues to engage in dialogue and collaboration with fellow artists engaged in performing arts. Alongside her artistic practice, she regularly facilitates dance movement workshops and community classes.

An improvised collaborative performance that blends music and dance, examining our physical reactions to soundscapes present in both natural and urban environments. It investigates the interplay between dancers and musicians, contemplating the comfort we derive from birdsong contrasted with the discomfort of city noise.
